Healthy Muffins

Shaklee Life Shake
Shaklee Life Shake can be used for baking and cooking too! Jennifer Pauley, OH, made these delicious muffins.
Peanut Butter Banana LIFE SHAKE Muffins
Ingredients:
3 mashed bananas
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup flaxseed
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground allspice
2 heaping scoops Shaklee Life Shake, Vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add first five ingredients together, mix well. Add sugars, then eggs, one at a time. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Mix flour mixture into wet ingredients. Do not over mix. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake 22-27 minutes until golden brown. Remove from tins and cool on wire rack!
